We hope you like our new, clean look and better navigation structure.
The web site was born on the 18th August, 2006, and will be having more and more functionality added to serve our clients.
You can find out a little about the history of Deltra Pty Ltd, Jaffle Software™ and Practice Pro® here.
Basic information such as cost, links to relevant sites, downloads and contact information is already provided on this site, but soon there will be a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) section, where you will be able to find out just about anything about how to do things in Practice Pro.
The next element to be added after the FAQs will be the on-line feature request and issues reporting system, which will allow our distributed support team to access your issues from anywhere, and will SMS multiple support personnel when urgent problems are logged. It will also allow you to keep track of any less urgent issues that need resolution.
Linked to the new web site is a mailing list for current clients, and we will be giving each client a unique site email addresses (in the form sitename@practicepro.com.au) for use as an internationally unique site identifier. You of course may use it as your primary site email address if you need one, or simply tell us your existing site email address and we will forward emails to your existing email address.
The Deltra Pty Ltd parent company web site still exists, and will also be redesigned soon!
